What is an A1 pedimento?
A1 is the pedimento code for definitive import or export; appendix 2 of Annex 22 includes definitive imports of new and used vehicles. Article 14 of the decree establishes the import pedimento as evidence of the imported vehicle’s legal stay. [1][2]
A filing code, not import approval
