When does the decree expire?

Can you regularize a vehicle already in Mexico?
No. The program ended on December 31, 2025. This service covers new definitive imports; vehicles already in Mexico are outside its scope.
Is living in a border state enough?
No. Article 5 requires residence and permanence in the applicable zone; a state name does not establish residence eligibility.
Are salvage titles accepted?
