Privacy notice
Mexico Car Import uses the information you submit to prepare and follow up on your definitive-import quote and handle privacy requests.

Information collected
We collect your name, email, optional phone/WhatsApp, vehicle year and manufacturing origin, destination and state, optional crossing, timeline, optional VIN and message. We also record consent time and the checker result for quote requests, and the notice version for privacy requests. Please do not include identity documents, payment details or sensitive personal information.
Purpose and delivery
We use these details to contact you about your requested quote and coordinate the import service. Quote details are shared with the licensed customs broker who prepares the filing. Consented quote and privacy requests are sent to Formspree, which stores the request and sends an email notification to the service. Quote consent does not authorize unrelated marketing.
Your privacy requests
You may request access, correction, cancellation/deletion or opposition (ARCO), withdraw consent, or limit contact. Use the site contact form and select “Privacy request”. Include your name, the email used and the action requested. Do not send a VIN or identity documents in that request. We explain any identity verification needed. Privacy requests are handled separately from import quotes.
Website data
The website uses preference cookies for language and theme. When analytics is enabled, analytics cookies are used and Google Analytics receives checker, calculator, quote-click and successful-submission events using limited status and language data. VINs and contact details are not sent to analytics or added to generated links.
Complaints
If your privacy request is not resolved, you may file a complaint or request protection of your ARCO rights with Mexico’s Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno, under the LFPDPPP.
